By Wojciech Rząsa (auth.), Andrzej Kwiecień, Piotr Gaj, Piotr Stera (eds.)

This e-book constitutes the refereed court cases of the twentieth overseas convention on computing device Networks, CN 2013, held in Lwowek Slaski, Poland, in June 2013. The fifty eight revised complete papers provided have been conscientiously reviewed and chosen for inclusion within the e-book. The papers in those lawsuits disguise the subsequent themes: laptop networks, community architectural matters, net and instant recommendations, teleinformatics and communications, new applied sciences, queueing conception and queueing networks, leading edge functions, networking in e-business, defense elements of and software program, commercial platforms, quantum and bio-informatics, cloud networking and services.

The capacities of the individual computing farms (in a setup of 5 farms) respectively for the static and dynamic scheduling mechanism readout nodes. As shown in Fig. 2, in the system employing the static scheduling mechanism (dashed curve), the discussed malfunction caused a drastic capacity loss below the compulsory threshold, meaning that the data acquisition rate of 100 kHz was no longer sustainable and had to be throttled. In order to recover from this type of failure a restart of the data taking process and reconfiguration of the DAQ system are required.

28 5 A. Piórkowski and P. Szemla Conclusions and the Future Work The proposed solution meets the conditions of flexible environment for clientside distributed numerical calculations. This way of processing enables to set a distributed environment that contains a dynamic number of nodes, that are based on different hardware and software platforms. Numerous problems and applications can be processed at the client side. It is also possible to provide computational services by individual clients. NET framework and MS Silverlight.
